Overall logic description

(1) The width of the plate that can be processed by the ABL220 four-sided drill is 200-800mm, and the width of the plate that can be processed by the six-sided drill is 130-1200mm.

(2) Panels that are automatically loaded by the robot or manually thrown into the board are scanned and identified by the automatic code scanner, and the boards with an abnormal code scan are removed from the NG abnormal port.

(3) Panels with more than 4 sides or widths greater than 800 widths are assigned to six-sided drills for processing on the panel identified by scanning codes, and the remaining panels are assigned to ABL220 four-sided drills for processing. If ABL220 four-sided drills and six-sided drills are both Can be processed, the plate is allocated to idle drilling equipment for processing.

(4) In the case of meeting the processing width of the panel, the first principle of the dynamic allocation algorithm of the wire control system is to divide the board according to the idle state of the drilling machine, and which one is free will be allocated to which one.

(9) After the drilling is completed, the panel passes through the automatic code scanner and then enters the sorting connection, and the panel with abnormal code scanning passes through the NG abnormal port to lower the board.

(10) The small plates processed offline can be fed into the sorting connection through the manual feeding port.
